1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using any service on the wr3000 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between wr3000 and the user, enforceable under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. Access to this platform and use of its services is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. wr3000 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To register with wr3000, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, a valid mobile number, and date of birth. Each person may only create one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately. wr3000 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time, and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
3. User Responsibilities
Each user is fully and personally responsible for all activity conducted through their account. You must ensure that online gaming services are legally permitted in your area and that you are legally entitled to use this platform. Users may not engage in any fraudulent activity, use bots, automated tools, or any other unethical means to exploit the system. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or engaging in any form of discriminatory behaviour is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be misusing bonuses or promotions, engaging in money laundering, or involved in financial fraud, wr3000 may immediately close the relevant account without prior notice and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Platform Usage Rules
The wr3000 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment and Sports Betting purposes. Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or redistributing any part of the platform is strictly prohibited. Users may not use their account for commercial purposes, such as placing bets on behalf of others or reselling platform services to third parties. Any technical errors or system vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to our support team immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain. wr3000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or technical reasons, with no obligation to provide compensation. wr3000 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting or gaming sessions.
5. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on the wr3000 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through payment methods registered in the user's own name; transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed, and applicable wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become cashable only after the specific wagering conditions outlined in the bonus terms are fulfilled. wr3000 reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited in error due to a technical fault, and users are required to cooperate in such cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wr3000 strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, wr3000 will not be held liable for any financial or other losses resulting from service disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances. Sports event outcomes, odds changes, and game results are entirely at the user's own risk, and no claims for related losses will be accepted. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through participation in betting or gaming. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wr3000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By agreeing to these terms, users acknowledge and accept the above limitations of liability.
7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Wr3000 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or misusing bonuses. Upon account closure, any bonus funds in the balance will be forfeited; only genuine deposited funds may be returned, subject to applicable conditions. Users may also voluntarily request account closure at any time, and our support team will process the request within the designated timeframe. Requests for self-exclusion or account limits as part of responsible gaming can also be submitted through the support team. Requests to reactivate a closed account are subject to wr3000's decision and remain entirely at wr3000's sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the wr3000 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software, graphics, text, and other materials — is the exclusive property of wr3000 or its licensed partners. This content is protected by copyright law and international intellectual property regulations. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any platform content without prior written consent from wr3000. wr3000 reserves the right to use any information or feedback submitted by users on the platform. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The wr3000 platform may at times be connected to third-party payment gateways, game providers, or other services. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and users are advised to review them separately. wr3000 assumes no responsibility for the quality, security, or performance of third-party services. wr3000 is not directly liable for any financial losses, data breaches, or technical issues arising from third-party platforms. If a third-party service is discontinued or modified, wr3000 will endeavour to provide an alternative arrangement but is under no obligation to guarantee one. Users engage with third-party services at their own discretion and assume all associated risks.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Wr3000 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via email or through the platform; however, it remains the user's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Any dispute between a user and wr3000 will first be addressed through negotiation, with legal proceedings followed if necessary.
